The house (100 m2) is subdivide in 2 apartments with separate entrance, each of them 50 m2 with 2 double rooms, 1 kitchen with dining corner, (little hall) 1 bathroom with WC and large terrace with beautiful sea view.

You can rent the complete house or one apartment for 4+1 persons.
